Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Katoa Australia will not replace products based on wrong colour selection if product has been used.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
Katoa Australia will dispatch all orders between 12 - 48 hours after an order is placed, unless products are out of stock in which we will endeavour to try our best to keep you updates with an approximate waiting time.

If you are not home to receive your parcel your order a calling card will be left and your order will be taken to the nearest post office. If your order is not picked up from the post office and sent back to us an additional delivery fee will be charged to have the parcel resent to you.
If Attempted deliveries to Apartments or Units can not be delivered due to access a calling card will be left. If there is a redirection or re delivery fee due to the parcel being returned this will be charged to the purchaser.
Authority to Leave
On checkout you have the option to select or place a note to give authority to leave your parcel without a signature. Please Note that if you give Katoa Australia the authority to leave a parcel and it goes missing it is NOT the responsibility of Katoa Australia to reimburse the customer for loss of goods.
International Shipping
Some countries have additional customs clearance charges. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance is the recipient's responsibility. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs authority for enquiries.
Liability
It is the recipients responsibility to enter the correct delivery address details. Should the event occur where the wrong address is entered, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
Loss or Damage
Katoa Australia will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place.
